From the very first moment we met Vikas, he was both friendly and highly professional. His deep knowledge of the market was immediately apparent, and his empathetic approach to our personal circumstances made a world of difference. Vikas took the time to truly understand what outcome we were hoping for, and he made a genuine effort to ensure every step aligned with our goals. He consistently went above and beyond, keeping us informed at every stage, answering questions promptly, and always being available when we needed him. What stood out most was how personally invested he seemed in our journey, the sale process was just over a year and it genuinely felt like he was emotionally involved throughout the process.
