In For The Long Haul!

Approximately six weeks after we listed our two sections with Jo Ann and Victoria, Rural Real Estate activity dropped substantially and has remained somewhat deflated for the last four years. Against this background we have had seamless and entirely positive support throughout from Jo Ann and Victoria. Communication in such an environment can be the difference between success and failure and I can say with certainty that they followed up on every enquiry promptly and kept us updated as they occurred. Eventually a buyer came through with an offer that was well below what we were prepared to settle on. To cut to the chase Jo Ann managed to convince him to substantally raise his offer and we as sellers also came to the table. With an unconditional agreement signed we could then proceed with completion of the subdivision. This spun out for a further 11 months until final Council signoff a few weeks ago. Through out the whole exercise Jo Ann and Victoria have been proactive at every turn AND....PATIENT- FOUR YEARS!
