During this period he went out if his way to ensure that we were aware of the houses that were available and within our budget and preferences. Thanks to his help and advice we also learnt about other factors in terms of house sales and/or purchase that helped us decide what options were best for us. He also helped negotiate a good win-win deal with the vendors so that everyone was satisfied. And, he ensured all the required steps were taken and everything was completed accordingly.
