From the beginning he made us aware of what to expect for our sales, why this was the case and how we should manage the marketing etc to make the most of the current market. He kept us well informed about how things were progressing, what were the concerns and what options we had in order to at least meet the agreed target price etc. No false promises etc or excuses. We also are very grateful about the extent Victor went to in order to help us solve pop issues such as finance, Council consent problems etc, that many agents tend to not directly get involved in.
