I moved overseas last year and I needed an agent I could trust with the sale of my property while overseas. Three months after moving, I listed the property for sale through Victor. Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. It was very easy working with him as a buyer. He was extremely patient with my persistent questions (as a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions). He always worked with the vendor's interest in mind (which he should do as a professional) but was still professional enough to understand our requirements and reminded us to seek professional help during every step of the process.
