I moved overseas last year and I needed an agent I could trust with the sale of my property while overseas. Three months after moving, I listed the property for sale through Victor. There were a few moving parts Victor had to contend with - time differences, liaising with tenants/property manager/ the buyer and myself. Victor is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. It was very easy working with him as a buyer. He was extremely patient with my persistent questions (as a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions). He always worked with the vendor's interest in mind (which he should do as a professional) but was still professional enough to understand our requirements and reminded us to seek professional help during every step of the process.

Victor was very helpful in helping us find our right house within a very within a very timeframe that was very tight for us. During this period he went out if his way to ensure that we were aware of the houses that were available and within our budget and preferences. Thanks to his help and advice we also learnt about other factors in terms of house sales and/or purchase that helped us decide what options were best for us. We also are very grateful about the extent Victor went to in order to help us solve pop issues such as finance, Council consent problems etc, that many agents tend to not directly get involved in.
