Responsive and friendly

Vicky was a pleasure to work with, she was always responsive and endeavoured to follow up on any queries or actions promptly so that we never felt like we were out of the loop. She felt genuine in all of our interactions and it never felt like she was trying to lead us into anything we felt uncomfortable with. The experience went smoothly and we felt at ease throughout.
