When I decided to sell my property I Google searched for the right person, I found Vanessa so easy to deal with right from the start, her knowledge and information about the Area was second to none, I knew immediately this was the best person to sell my biggest asset. We invited Vanessa to appraise our property back in Feb 2024. Vanessa came equipped with data and information on our property, the local area, and the market, which allowed us to make decisions on timing of our relocation to Southland. We immediatley felt comfortable that our property would be in trusted hands if (when) we engaged Vanessa, as she transparent and open and was able to answer our questions with confidence, and never felt like she was in sales mode. We put our relocation plans on hold until late Spring 2024. On Wednesday 13th November 2024, within a couple of days of Vanessa reappraising our property, it was on the market.
