This is the second house Vance has sold for me in 1 Month. As with the first it was sold promptly, this one in 4 days at the full asking price. Vance is a superb professional in his field and I would recommend him to anyone (and have, resulting in another sale) A smooth process from beginning to end with great responsiveness from Vance.

From the moment we met Vance we knew he was the agent for us. He made every process so easy, kept us informed and made sure we were happy about everything. We would highly recommend using Vance and Arizto to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Vance sold two houses for us in about 3 weeks. He managed a situation for one of the houses where the buyer wanted to proceed from first viewing to moving in within 48 hours. He negotiated late at night and ably managed a hassle from the buyer over move in time. Successfully completed sale in 48 hours with money in my bank. Second house was sold within 3 days of going on the market at the asking price. A terrific agent who responded to everything very quickly, with a good manner and spirit. I have recommended him to a number of friends who may be moving in the coming monthsn

From the first time I spoke to Vance he was informative, knew the market and was very helpful through an easy transaction to sell our property. He kept in touch throughout the process and we were kept up to date on all steps from signing up to selling the property.

Vance is very professional and his market knowledge was excellent. The photos and marketing of the property was excellent as was his negotiation skills with the sale. I would highly recommend Aritzo and Vance if you were intending to list your property plus the fees are great.

Vance has been awesome. Professional but in a very caring way. Helpful in all questions regarding buying and selling houses good listener and interested in people.

Vance was kind, friendly, helpful and went the extra mile, far beyond what was expected.

Vance was an excellent communicator. He always followed through on what he said he was going to do and had a warm and professional approach.

Our sincere thank you for all your support in the sale of our home. We were always aware assured that you were always available to clarify any issues of concern.

Purchasing a property in an area I didn’t know at all seemed so daunting, however Vance matched me up with a few places. And the first one we visited proved to be spot on! He also connected me with appropriate people and businesses to purchase the property with confidence, to which I’m grateful. My move away from a large city to rural living was a previously unknown experience for me. However with the initial purchase of my home guided by Vance and landing in a wonderful street with fabulous neighbours, this process has been streamlined for success. Vance pitched in with his knowledge and contacts to which I’m grateful. I recommend him to anyone buying or selling in an area he has good knowledge of and enjoys with his family.

“Vance was a great help with our property sale; dedicated and driven, always friendly and helpful and kept us informed at every step of the way. He has in every way earned our unreserved recommendation! Again, many thanks Steve and Lisa.”

At first we were skeptial about using such a new company with such a low commission and we were concerned about the level of service. However we needn’t worry as Vance made the whole process of selling as smooth as possible. The entire sale was completed via phone call, text and email and saved us a lot of time and money by leaving it in Vance’s trusty hands. I’d highly recommend using Vance and Arizto to any potential vendors... Take the punt because you will be pleasantly surprised by the high level of service you recieve for the price you pay.
