We have purchased and sold a number of properties over the years and have experienced some interesting Real Estate Sales people. Poor, Average and Outstanding. Vance falls in the Outstanding category. "Vance gets the job done"

Vance was friendly and helpful in his dealings with us .

Vance was very easy to deal with. His knowledge of the Katikati housing market , professionalism and great communication made the selling process easy and efficient, especially as it was all able to be done online. Thank you Vance for an excellent outcome.

All through out the selling Vance worked hard for me. I would recommend the whole Team Aritzo very professional

Vance is an awesome person, he gave us all the information we needed with no hassle. Amazing agent.

Vance was easy to relate to and he had knowledge and experience selling in our area.We had a quick result and would recommend Vance without reservation. Thanks Vance.

Very approachable and friendly. Excellent communicator. Would very happily use Vance to purchase or sell a property again. We are sure 5 stars are just around the corner.

We are exceptionally pleased with the service and the result of the recent sale of our Katikati property using Vance Bibby and Arizto to facilitate the process. Vance is the consummate real estate agent. He has impressive relational skills; he gave us extremely accurate advice and analysis of the changing real estate market in Katikati - and he took us through the process from start to finish with great professionalism, attention to detail and good humour. He selected the best auctioneer we could hope for and got us a result that exceeded our expectations. Vance and Aristo represent the cutting edge and new reality in real estate in this country. Exceptional value for money with professional service second to none. We would recommend Vance Bibby to anyone who is looking for the best real estate agent in town!

Vance was well versed with the local market and kept us well informed through out the sales process. We live out of town and so we appreciated having him 'on the ground'. He even carried out small tasks for us to ensure the property looked its best, in our absence, and to get the sale done. Vance provided above and beyond service. Highly recommended.

Vance was an amazing man to work with--very knowledgeable---extremely helpful--a great sense of humour--and he went far and beyond what I expected from a real estate Agent---I was very happy with his professionalism--- and his willingness to help in any way he could. I would happily recommend Vance to anyone who would like a very special Real estate Agent.

Vance has been very helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of selling our house, we could not have had a better agent.

I have nothing but praise for this charming and efficient man. Never has a sale and purchase gone through so quickly and smoothly. Vance couldn’t be more helpful and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vance as, in my opinion, katikati’s top Real Eastate Agent. Well done Vance!
