Their marketing skills, positive attitude, high communication and always available at the end of the phone helped us through the process until we found a cash buyer. We recently bought a house from Urszula and Hayley and can't fault the process at all. Communication was timely, friendly and informative. Any question that couldn't be answered immediately was quickly sorted. As we were not located in city there was certainly more work for Urszula and her team to do on our behalf, but we never felt it was any trouble - it was all done with ease, in a timely manner and to a high standard. Buying at auction (for the first time) was not an issue at all - we were well informed of the process ahead of time, and it went without a hitch on the day. We’ve bought and sold several places over the years and typically been left wondering what we paid for. Not this time though, we very definitely got the level of service promised and then much more besides. Working with Urszula and her team during the selling process of our house, and purchasing our new house, was a far better experience than we thought selling/buying a house would be. We loved working with Urszula during a very busy time of our lives where we really didn't want a bar of the whole selling process. We chose to move out early, stage our home and rent elsewhere. This was supported by Urszula and meant we basically handed things over and she did the rest. Out of sight, out of mind. Her experience is such that we felt comfortable in doing this: she seems to have a really deep understanding of both the selling AND buy experience and just seems to find that sweet spot. I would say she has added a lot to the final result. I did briefly consider whether we should try and sell our own home but in hindsight, I'm so glad we didn't!
