I was told at the start of my property-sale-adventure, by more than one source, not to trust property agents as they are just money-grabbers, out to make their own buck! This was not my experience with Trina and Gavin Nichol, and their support team. Trina was cheerful, helpful and reliable, with a personable attitude at all times. The staging of the house was superbly done; Gavin is a real asset to the Nichol team and it was great to have him on board.
