Trina has a great team who were very very helpful in dealing with our queries and arranging repeat viewings. Trina dealt with the negotiations very promptly and clearly and made that part of the process much less stressful than we have experienced before.
I certainly enjoyed dealing with Tina and her husband Gavin and their team as a whole. They took on a very difficult property in less than ideal situations and with having to communicate between two countries and various partners of the estate. But they really threw in their all and tackled it all head in. Plus they really looked after the up keep of the property with doing lawns etc and keeping us informed of all goings on. It may have sold for considerably less but as mentioned it was a difficult property with things popping up out of the blue that weren't expected.
