Our decision to sell our family home at the end of 2022, as the house market was starting to tumble, meant moving swiftly but not snatching at any offer which came along. Tracy talked us through this and worked hard to get our property "out there" through Trademe, and to promote it to existing contacts, all without costing us a lot of money in promo fees. It paid off, with a sale for a fair price in June this year. Her commission was very reasonable also.
