Knowledgeable, friendly and professional , Tracy ultimately helped me secure my first ever home.

From late February to early June Tracy worked with me , a complete novice at house hunting in New Zealand. I had just moved back to NZ after 35 years in California . I had never owned a home , always being a renter. I had no knowledge of the correct NZ terms or the processes involved . Tracy showed me many properties and guided me through the auction process , which was my first attempt at buying a home. (where I was outbid. )Tracy showed me many more homes , often the same more than once to help my selection process. She had to work with other realtors to secure inspection times. Tracy was patient and resilient and able to accommodate my specific property requirements including price. I was at first a bit nervous about buying such a lovely property but was able to make good decisions with Tracy's reassurance. Moving into my new home on settlement day went without a hitch. I was delighted and excited to receive the key from Tracy after a long nerve wracking process. Naturally a bit of a pessimist I did not think the day would ever come . What a relief ! I am very happy with the purchase of my new home. I'd strongly recommend Tracy's help to any house hunters in the Tauranga area.
