Tracy is hard working and was very responsive in her communication. We did feel our inexperience was played on at one point during the sale and it seemed to have come from the Remax side with Tracy as the messenger. It really took the shine off the purchase however we understand that they work for the vendors and want to get them the best deal. We liked that Tracy was to the point and accommodating with inspections etc. During the due diligence phase, she actively sought answers to enable us to complete our research thoroughly and efficiently.

We decided we needed to make a move in late 2022, as the stairs in our two-storied house were becoming a problem, and we needed to be where help was available at a retirement village because of my husband Len's memory issues. Tracy totally agreed that this would be a wise move and assured us that she would do everything she could to make this a reality. Unfortunately the housing market became very difficult, but Tracy assured us that we would eventually be successful and that we just needed the right people to come along. She held open homes and showed people through, and although there was definitely interest at times, it became a long and frustrating process. Tracy remained positive and supportive, and eventually a family came along that loved the house and made a reasonable offer. During this time there were legal issues involved because of us needing Power of Attorney for Property for Len, and Tracy was very helpful allowing me to have documents scanned at her office, when I was having difficulty with this at home. There is no doubt she is very up-to-date with her market knowledge and totally professional in her dealings with people, but what we most admired was her communication skills, as they were first class both with us and with the people who eventually purchased our house. We are now settled in a townhouse at a retirement village and enjoying a much easier lifestyle thanks to Tracy.
