Unfortunately she listed the property high which put off petitional buys . Then can in with and offer which she souldnt have put forward , considering we the vendors were paying the commission.

Tracy is a hardworking agent who helped me get the deal done. As i reside overseas, it is not easy for me to communicate effectively with people in NZ. There is a 5 hour time difference afterall.
