From the initial meeting through to final sale Tracy brings a warm family approach, as this sale was all about stepping up to family size home. Tracy's experience shone through in a very trying market, of changing market prices, financial instability for borrower's, increasing interest rates and less people viewing due to Covid isolations. With all these factors it was best to persevere, keep clam and stick to the plan. Tracy was reassuring and confident we would get a sale and it was a tough. Market durations for selling a house were increasing as the market was changing. Most of our communication had to be after hours due to my work commitments and this wasn't a problem, Tracy was always contactable. In the end we got a fair sale considering the volatility of the market and what fell short of our initial target, was gained in the purchase at the other end. (note there was significant market changes from listing to getting an unconditional sale).
