Wow!! Tracy knows her clientele well. Can't rate Tracy enough in the work she does for you, Tracy goes above and beyond expectations. This house purchase was so easy, and just perfect to our needs and wants and paid the perfect price for us.
Tracy was an excellent person to deal with. Friendly and professional she got the job done fast. Highly recommended.
WOW Tracey was outstanding, from the moment we first meet Tracy, she never stopped working for us trying to sell 2 homes. We had a few set backs but that never deterred Tracy, she just worked even harder for us and in the end found us an amazing home which has ticked every box and then some. I thoroughly recommend Tracy Beer whether buying or selling your house.
Tracy not only sold my home but she also sold my partners home and sold us an incredible new home so we can start our married life together, all in less than 2 months, and with minimal stress. Tracy is absolutely a genuine and professional agent who goes above and beyond her very best in working with you to get the best results. She is hard working and so easy to get along with. Would and have highly recommended Tracy. Would highly recommend Tracy Beer and if we go down this road again of selling and buying another home, Tracy is who we will be getting as our agent. You won’t find anyone better.

Tracy delivered a awesome service, getting us the result we wanted very quickly with the first buyers she took through our property. Many thanks Tracy we will be recommending you to our friends in Nelson. Cheryl & Mike.
Met Tracy at an open home at a house we really wanted that she was selling, we said for us to buy this house we had two houses for her to sell and that both needed to be sold to get the house we wanted. In 3 weeks Tracy has sold both our homes. Tracy worked beyond our expectations and her communication was brilliant. Thank you so much Tracy Beer
