We hands down recommend Tracy and Wayne. This is the second property of mine they have sold which says it all really. They listen, they understand, they work hard, they communicate, and they get results. And they get me! Would NEVER, EVER go anywhere else.
Tracy consulted us at every stage of the process and spared no efforts to sell the property at the best price. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend everyone as their first choice.
Tracy and Wayne - Team Trayne - were a delight to deal with. The lead up to our hosue sale was a long one, but they were there every step of the way ensureing the process was as smooth sailing as possible. They were optimistic, knowledgeable and reliable. Communication was 10/10 and while it was a tough market to sell in, we felt satisfied with our result on the night.
We highly recommend Tracy and Wayne. We bought our house via them years ago and sold it recently with them. They are relatable, easy to work with and we felt no pressure from them at all. We trusted their knowledge and felt confident they would achieve the results we wanted. We really enjoyed working with them and felt they had our best interests at heart. Thank you both so much.
This was a very quick, easy and more importantly enjoyable experience for us. Tracey and Wayne were fantastic, took control of the whole process from start to finish. We couldn't recommend them enough.
Wayne & Tracy are both very Professional, friendly and have a wide knowledge of the area and all aspects of Real Estate. Due to lock down restrictions I was unable to travel to Auckland to arrange maintenance on the property before Auction. I listened to their advise to get a few things tidied and to have the house staged. They met all tradespeople, arranged access plus the busy task of meeting people for viewings one by one. Their communication was excellent through phone calls, txt or email. I was always kept informed. I can't speak highly enough & they achieved a sale price over my expectations They are a great Team....Thank you Team Trayne
It was an absoute joy to work alongside Tracy. She was always available and so helpful every step of the way. We were impressed with her marketing skills, Tracy certainly has a way with words! She made this experience stress free. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.
Tracey and Wayne were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They have restored my faith in the concept that real estate agents can operate with honesty and integrity while still achieving great outcomes. Thank you.
We are selling first home and we have no idea what to do.But Team Trayne guide us and make smooth selling our house.Thank you Tracy and The Team. Great work.
We met Team Trayne at an open home in July last year and were impressed right form the start. They were the first to be in contact about selling our house, they were the quickest off the line to arrange an appraisal and really understood what we were trying to achieve. They met with us the following day, and continued to show they were the hardest working team going round. Their understanding of our local market and experience was invaluable in helping us to understand how to get the most for our home. We were delighted with our result. Team Trayne's communication throughout the process was amazing. We never felt like we needed to chase them for anything, we'd already had a text or a call before we needed to ask a question. Everything from listing, right through to the auction process was communicated clearly and in advance. Team Trayne have continued to support us in our search for our next house, and have provided sage advice whenever we have needed it. Team Trayne really do feel like they are on our team, and we unreservedly recommend them if you are looking to sell your house.
We recently purchased a property though Team Trayne. We had gotten to know Wayne and Tracey as we made our way through the house buying process. Extremely hard to fault their service as they were always relentlessly positive and always available to chat over all and any detail. Highly commend them for their service (Wayne also kindly donated his lawnmower!!). Looking forward to working with Team Trayne in the future.
Tracy and Wayne did their best to help us get the info we needed to bid at auction with confidence. Thanks for your help Tracy and Wayne.
