When I was ready to sell I sought a market appraisal from KellyandCo plus three other realty agents doing business in and familiar with my area. After careful consideration I chose KellyandCo. Derek had explained his strategy with recommendations and I felt immediately comfortable and in good hands. It was obvious that he was realistic with his expectation (which has proven to be accurate) while some others I felt presented an unachievable target price range under current market conditions. The KellyandCo advertising campaign was fantastic with I believe over 300 watch-listing the sale within and outside Aotearoa NZ. When the initial flurry of interest waned I wondered whether a sale would be achieved. The market was still slowing down and the cash rate was speeding up.
