Tracey is a great salesperson who is knowledgeable and professional. It’s obvious she loves her job. It was a very slow and uncertain market when we chose to sell our house. But sell it did and we couldn’t be happier because it all worked out for us to purchase another at the right time.
I was not the easiest client, I put an offer on the property with a 3 week settlement date. I did not even have a finalise seperation agreement with my husband. We appreciated the friendly and relaxed natural manner that Tracey and Derek displayed during the selling process. It was far different to some of the experiences we have had in the past. They avoid getting vendors hopes up too high; in fact if anything they are super cautious with suggested pricing. The advertising was superb - they seemed to truly appreciate the properties assets. Derek from KellyandCo had sold my house, I needed to buy another. I was very happy with how Tracey and Derek had successfully represented me as a vendor and through that selling process they knew and understood why I was moving, and subsequently what I was seeking and where. Once my home had sold I looked at many properties for sale through most of the local agents. Tracey let me know of two new listings, and one that was ‘resting’ and not promoted having failed to sell when promoted by another agency. Personal viewings were arranged prior to open homes for all three, and it was the third that I liked. The more I thought about it the more I liked it. A second viewing was arranged. Tracey and Derek had caringly matched me to my new home. Tracey subsequently negotiated price, conditions, and a settlement date that was significantly better than I was expecting.
