Hi Alex,
Thanks for your review, although disappointing. I said please come to me with any queries (before going to your lawyer) because I was trying to look after your best interests in keeping lawyer fees to a minimum for you. I care about my clients, both buyers and sellers - I am sorry that you misunderstood me in that regards. I personally am always happy to communicate with lawyers, in fact, one might say I 'over-communicate' at times just so there are no misunderstandings.
