It has been such a pleasure working with Tracey. I was a little nervous being based in Auckland and selling an elderly family member's property (as power of attorney) in Whangarei but Tracey took care of absolutely everything from arranging house washing, internal cleaning, a locksmith etc. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Nothing was ever a problem for Tracey and she replied to all my queries promptly, honestly and in a friendly manner. Tracey's market knowledge was amazing! She told us immediately upon meeting us at the property what she thought it would go for and she was bang on the mark with an offer being made within a day of it being on the market.
