Stepped up above and beyond what we expected! When told we were looking at 3x prospective agents, by the time we got back and said she had been accepted, she had already done most of the homework. Things that we found too difficult, she sorted quickly and efficiently. She definitely worked for us, but also had empathy for the buyer. Will definitely list and/or buy through Tracey again.
