The selling of our house was a bit stressful for us, as the house we wanted to buy (in Tauranga) was conditional on the sale of our house in Hamilton. We were worried that the property would take too long to sell, and that we would get offers that were too low. The condition of the house we were buying in Tauranga meant that our Hamilton property had to sell for a specific minimum, and within a particular timeframe. Tom sold the house at the minimum target required, and well within the timeframe we needed. All of our goals were met, which meant we've been able to go unconditional on our house in Tauranga.
