Right from the outset Tom was very warm and engaging. His wealth of experience and knowledge combined with his reassuring manner allayed any concerns that we had. Tom was able to spelt out the pros and cons for us without detracting from our position as clients. There were challenges in bringing our property to market being suitable only for developers or renovaters. Tom would describe it as a property full of "potential and character". He certainly turned potential into reality. It is refreshing to engage with an individual such as Tom who displays confidence but is not pushy or overbearing.
