Elisha and Toby were consistently prompt, friendly and helpful in their communications and made viewing the property and then purchasing it straightforward. The initial advertising of the property was done well, with plenty of photos of the land itself, not just the house, and more than one clear photo/map of the outer boundary, making it easy to assess whether the property met our needs or not. Their assistance was much appreciated and we are excited about the opportunities with our new property.
