Toby came in and told us a plan of attack to selling our property. A hard and fast approach. That was done with multiple open homes followed by multiple individual viewings. This set a good position for an offer which came only after 60 odd days on the market. Toby and Elisha were both easy to deal with and gave sound advice along the way. There were a few technical issues to sort with the sale which Toby pushed through to complete the process. A good team and would recommend and sell again with them.

Dealing with Toby and the team was a breeze right from the start. Good honest people with a straight up approach. Toby was more than happy to come out to site and give an honest evaluation of where the property sat in the current market and he exceeded that. Toby is an under promise and over deliver sort of guy!
