Tobias helped the reviewer buy this property

Second transaction with Tobias …

After buying thru Tobias (and Brad) when I first came to Waiheke I didn’t hesitate in contacting them about finding what I was after for my next step on the Island. They we were both very understanding in what I was after and helped negotiate a slightly complicated situation. I highly recommend Tobias for being there to take your call to answer any questions and to guide you… and his English sense of humour!
