Best real estate agent ever

Selling in this current climate seemed abit risky but we decided to put the house on the market and test the waters. A local and friend recommended Tobias saying they wished they had chosen him instead of another real estate agency because he had given a very honest sales price unlike the agency they had selected who had given them a much higher sales price just to get their listing, their house did not sell. Rate my agent also reported Tobias had sold the most houses on the island for the year ending 2025, this information was extremely useful too. When I met Tobias at our house it felt more like meeting a friend he really listened to me, and wanted to understand why I was selling, this was not a fire sale it was ‘if we can make the CV we will consider selling’ if not we will rent until the market lifts. I was looking for an honest very experienced real estate agent that knew the market well and one that would not try to convince me to sell at wholesale wasting my time with low ball offers. Despite many houses not moving ours sold in 3 weeks with a multiple offer scenario. Unusual in this climate but hey when you have the best real estate agent and team selling for you magic happens. I found the number one agent on the island, he didn’t inflate the sales price to get my listing he just told me the truth, yes we all want more than a property is often worth but we need the experience and truth of someone who really understands the current market, this helps keep everything real, and in our case led to a very fast sale. Had we gone with someone else who promised a higher sales price we may have been on the market for a much longer time, like many others who are still for sale 6 months after listing, paying for more marketing and house dressing. I 100% recommend Tobias and I would only have him sell for us in the future. And Rate my Agent is a great service too.
