Tobias helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional expertise with a genuinely warm Waiheke feel

There's a wonderful energy about the team which is apparent in every interaction. A professional approach enhanced by an incredibly warm Waiheke welcome. It's clearly a team that enjoys working together. The marketing was thoughtfully conceived and I enjoyed the collaboration with Tobias from refining the narrative storytelling to selecting photographs, with great attention to detail throughout. Tobias and Brad even helped improve the property staging, ensuring the photography and marketing video presented the house at its very best. The campaign generated excellent visibility, strong enquiry levels and a high number of viewings, ultimately resulting in a multi-offer situation. Tobias was thorough in qualifying prospective buyers, and his detailed vendor reports were particularly valuable in keeping me informed throughout. Perhaps most importantly on a personal note, the eventual buyer was someone Tobias recognised would love and enjoy my home as much as I have. Great matchmaking! A friendly, creative and hardworking team who bring professionalism and personality.
