Tina sold my house in Taupo. It had been rented for a few years and was in poor condition. Tina viewed the property before the tenants moved out and then advised me in respect of whether to carry out work to improve the home or sell as is. Tina was extremely informative in respect of other sales in the area and provided appraisals for both scenarios. She assisted me with finding trades people to quote and with getting the house staged for marketing. Tina provided feedback on a regular basis from open homes and viewings. The sale process went very smoothly thanks to Tina and I was overjoyed with the price. I could not recommend Tina highly enough.
