Sorting matters that needed to be resolved with the vendor i.e. cleaning of the unit, electrical matters and items requiring that the body corporate had to resolve. As the negotiation proceeded, Tina stayed in constant contact with me.
Tina represented the family for my fathers property when he died. We really needed someone to take ownership as we werent in Taupo and Tina really worked hard to show people thru the property and let workmen in to fix issues etc. We were presented with 2 offers and when it came time to review issues, the purchasers became a little difficult to deal with - Tina took care of all issues and got the deal across the line - without her support and persistence, the process would have been much harder and we ended up with a great outcome - i would definitely recommend Tina - she is proactive and very supportive!
