Tim is a very good at his job He listens to you and is not overpowering He makes you feel at ease at all times. He is brilliant at his trade Would highly recommend him. We would give him 11 out of 10

Tim was awesome to deal with from start to finish. Ever the professional he had regular open homes, after which he would call to update me with how it went. He was never too busy to talk and answered every question I had. He was realistic with how he marketed the property. He took on my house as a favour to friends as it was further out from his usual base. The house itself had its own challenges that got in the way of a quick sale but his persistence paid off and I will now be looking for a new home. Thanks heaps Tim you are a beast.
