Tim took time with us to find out what we wanted in our new home and where and what we could afford. He contacted us in good time with each new listing as they came on the market. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He organised private viewings for us when the open home times didn’t work. He was prompt with paperwork for submitting offers and gave good advice re timing for builders reports, etc. He answered our calls or returned our calls promptly. He was patient with us. The only issue was on settlement day of selling our house we understood we had til 4pm and we could drop the key off to the local Harcourts at Glenview. However the buyers demanded to move in once the money had gone through which was apparently around 1pm. This caused us significant stress with rushing to do the final packing, cleaning and moving. I would recommend Tim to my friends for buying or selling their homes.
Tim searches for information within the area you’re searching in to sell or buy so he can provide his clients with enough information that they may make an informed decision. He was kind and generous with his time, he did not rush me into a decision and made himself available for all my questions and frustrations. Would definitely work with Tim again and recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property.
