Everything trucked along nicely!! Kept us well informed through the whole process. Thank you Tim for working on behalf of our family!

I purchased my property through Tim 4 years ago and he has just sold it. I find Time to be professional, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend him as a property sales agent without question.

Tim made the process easy, providing all the information we needed to make the right choices. It's always nice to deal with competent, friendly people especially when moving to a new town. Thanks Tim!

Tim and lara were amazing they were very informative and professional both knew the market well very pleased 😀 with both of them and definitely use them both again without question

Tim was friendly and diligent; once we both agreed how best to communicate to both me and my wife, everything flowed seamlessly. Tim was thorough and provided great knowledge around getting the best $$ for our property and marketing it in the right way. Natalie was also very friendly and helpful and was genuinely interested in our success in selling our property. We would use them again, Kind regards Andre & Lori Pittard

Nothing was a problem and the sale went quick and smoothly with plenty of communication. Highly recommend them both.

Tim was great to work with, his knowledge and guidance is what gave us such a great outcome in the sale of our property.

House sale was very efficient and Tim ad Natalie really great to deal with

Tim's communication was excellent throughout the period when the property was being prepared for sale. This was a protracted period because of Covid 19 restrictions affecting the work that we, as out-of-town owners, needed to get done. His advice regarding the mode of marketing and sale resulted in what we saw as an excellent result. We are more than happy to recommended Tim as a very effective and helpful agent.

Great team work to get the best results. Will use them again on our next venture. Thank you Tim, Nat and lara.
