From the first conversation with Tim and talking with him he knew what we were looking to achieve and the type of house that we were looking for. I met up with Tim and after looking at just one house I knew that Tim had found the home that met all of our requirements. After taking photo's and showing them to Julie we arranged another viewing with the both of us. We proceeded to work with Tim and kept him informed with our house sale and once we had a buyer for our house we went back for another viewing but this time with a couple of comparison properties to look at and to look at possibly having a fallback property if our first selection did not work out. We looked at a second property and decided that this would be become our fallback property because it also met our needs. With all the hard work from Tim negotiations on the first house failed and after working with Tim and his experience of the area and the long term value we could put into the property we decided to purchase the fallback property at a price cheaper than out first selected property. Julie and I cannot thank Tim enough for not only guiding us and finding a property that meets our requirements but also becoming friends along the way and we both will be promoting Tim and Tall Poppy for all the hard work they put into what they do. Selling your parents home & having being bought up in this home over 65yrs ago Tim was kind thoughtful & was mindful of the emotional roller coaster we were going through selling the Family home. His attention to detail & selling it on behalf of our deceased parents rather than the beneficiaries as it was THEIR home not ours was heartwarming. We all had tears in our eyes discussing the sale.
