Fantastic experience working with Thomas. He’s a great communicator who kept us informed about every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Thomas was great to deal with, he was very prompt in responding with queries we had, and always went over and beyond. He represented the vendor well and had their best interests at heart. Although we settled a bit higher than we would have liked, no fault of Thomas, the vendor didn't want to budge, nevertheless we got the deal done. I'd have Thomas as my agent any day of the week. Can't speak highly enough of Tom. Although we were on the market for nearly 6 months, it was not because Tom had not been getting us good offers for our property. In that time he brought us 4 offers that were acceptable to us. The first three deals fell over through no fault of Tom's. Tom is personable, and a young man of integrity with a ton of energy and a good sense of humour. No complaints at all, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He does need educating on quality British humour though - e.g. Fawlty Towers!!
