Terri was very professional in the whole process, making sure to be transparent with us and interested parties. Pro active, she followed up with the potential buyers and got us offers on the table. She appraised appropriately to the current market, hence the sale did not take too long. Good communication skills, friendly, good advices, motivated & excited by the listing.

She always responded promptly when I text her (or if I phoned and she was on another call, she would call me back at the first opportunity). She never put pressure on me with any decisions I had to make and appeared to be transparent in all areas of my listing with Real. Terri managed to reduce the stress for me, selling a house is very stressful! I believe she is a genuinely caring person, and I believe is very good at her job (she clearly loves what she does) and also appears to work as a valued team member. Terri and I have never met in person. I selected her as a potential agent for my rental property based solely on an online review. Because I live three and a half hours away, almost everything had to be organised remotely. What I didn’t realise during our first conversation was just how helpful, positive, and proactive she would be. We connected immediately. Whenever I needed tradespeople for small touch‑up jobs or a company to stage the property, she stepped in to assist — even though those tasks weren’t strictly part of her role. Terri was consistently great to deal with: she took the time to ensure I was comfortable with her recommendations, kept me informed at the right level, and respected my request not to be involved in every minor detail. She genuinely went above and beyond, often doing far more than I was aware of, and I’m extremely grateful for that. When the initial offer she brought me fell short of what she knew I needed, I think she was more disappointed than I was. But through careful negotiation and a fair amount of gentle persuasion, she ultimately achieved the best possible outcome — one I could live with.
