Terri Robinson

This was our first time selling, so we didn't really know what to expect, but Terri kept us informed the whole way through. She was very responsive and we never had to chase her for an answer. She followed up after every single viewing and every open home to let us know how it had gone and what the feedback was. That consistency made a huge difference to how confident we felt through the process. She's very calm, and genuinely great to deal with. Straightforward, professional, and easy to talk to. We think we couldn't have a picked a better agent!

Great understanding of the market and a good client base

We travelled up to Kerikeri from Hamilton to view a number of properties, and Terri was very warm and welcoming, assisting us with showing us around with kids in tow, and answering all of our questions! We had a bit of a rollercoaster with the purchasing experience and she was a very calming and pragmatic presence during this time. I found Terri to be professional and honest, and very helpful during the process- as was Joanna, who took over from Terri and looked after me just as well. I can't thank either of them enough, I was over the moon with the result! We can't wait to move into our new home.

Terri was very professional in the whole process, making sure to be transparent with us and interested parties. Pro active, she followed up with the potential buyers and got us offers on the table. She appraised appropriately to the current market, hence the sale did not take too long. Good communication skills, friendly, good advices, motivated & excited by the listing.

Terri is lovely, I had her recommended by a rental manager in Kerikeri. She always responded promptly when I text her (or if I phoned and she was on another call, she would call me back at the first opportunity). She never put pressure on me with any decisions I had to make and appeared to be transparent in all areas of my listing with Real. Terri managed to reduce the stress for me, selling a house is very stressful! I believe she is a genuinely caring person, and I believe is very good at her job (she clearly loves what she does) and also appears to work as a valued team member. She was realistic about the property market; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or the team to anyone else selling property.

We cannot recommend Terri Robinson from REAL Kerikeri highly enough. From the very start she was enthusiastic to market our home and was always happy to discuss any queries we had. Friendly, honest and professional we can't fault our experience with Terri or the extended REAL team.
