Just wanted to do a huge shoutout to Te Pāea, Alice and the wider Tommy’s team on behalf of our whole whānau for the work they put in with the family home. Communication was quick, proactive, and excellent at all times, we really felt we were brought along for the journey. A downsize following a family loss, the team showed amazing empathy and respect for the story behind the transaction. This touch meant a lot to us.
