It’s been an absolute pleasure having Tania sell our property. Despite the market being slow and a dip in pricing, her experience brought her confidence to the fore, not arrogance but a knowledge of what is working and what isn’t. She had all the contacts to get some fix-ups, staging, photos and marketing nailed and was patient while we dealt with some touch ups ourselves and insurance slowness.
