It’s been an absolute pleasure having Tania sell our property. Despite the market being slow and a dip in pricing, her experience brought her confidence to the fore, not arrogance but a knowledge of what is working and what isn’t. She had all the contacts to get some fix-ups, staging, photos and marketing nailed and was patient while we dealt with some touch ups ourselves and insurance slowness. Tania provided regular updates from the interest and Open Homes and we never felt like we didn’t know what was happening or that we had no control. In the end, we were under contract in two weeks, unconditional one week later and settled in four weeks! Yippee!! We would 100% use Tania again in the future.
