Suzy is nothing short of a miracle worker. The decision to sell my house was not a happy one; it was a necessary step born of extremely tragic circumstances. I met with half a dozen other agents, but there was something special about Suzy's approach and demeanor that called out to me. She also knew the area very well and was upfront about her ability to manage difficult personalities, which turned out to be a real bonus given the situation I was in.
