We were selling to move to a retirement village and were anxious to ensure we could secure our chosen apartment. In the result she secured a successful sale with the help of Harcourts excellent auctioneer. We went with Susan after speaking with her and two others. She was by far the best prepared for that first interview making the best impression. Our only reservation is as with all three agencies, that they were all wildly over optimistic with their estimates of what they could achieve for us both in terms of numbers of interested purchasers and achievable price.
