Outstanding service with a good depth of knowledge and experience

Just prior to the Auckland lockdown of 108days,I had listed an investment tenanted property in Tauranga with Susan Northey. She had discussed the various sales options with me and assisted me with the decision. The property has just been advertised when lockdown was announced which meant I was unable to travel to Tauranga throughout the sale process. Susan arranged open homes and private viewings around the lifestyle of the tenants to cause them the least amount of inconvenience. She kept me up to date regarding the number of people attending viewings and followed these up diligently. When offers were presented Susan ensured that I understood the various clauses either inserted or deleted by the potential purchasers. On several occasions Susan went beyond the call of duty. For instance she assisted assisted the tenants to find alternative tenant accommodation so that the property had vacant possession by settlement date. Similarly she arranged for an experience company to do a deep clean after the tenants vacated, arranged for the carpets to be cleaned, and did the final inspection that a landlord would normally do in usual circumstances and noted various maintenance issue that I was able to discuss with the tenant before refunding the bond. Even after settlement date Susan took care of a couple of things that the vacated tenant still had to attend to such as replace the heat pump remote that they had not left behind. I can only give Susan top marks and highly recommend her if you want an effortless but very successful sale.
