From the beginning I could tell that Sunny would do a excellent job for us. His positive /happy personality as well as his communication with us was amazing. I would sometimes text/email him a few times a day and he would always reply to me promptly always keeping me updated at every step. He was always professional . I got 3 appraisals for my property - I chose Mike Pero for two reasons - the salesperson who visited me Valton Kask was very polite and not 'pushy' he listened - the other reason was because of the lower commission fees. I went on to meet Sunny - we discussed the property and the best options for a good sale - he listened to what I wanted and I felt confident to list with him. Once Sunny secured a serious buyer the negotiating started - a very stressful time for me. There were a couple of times where I felt a little pressured to lower my price - however I was adamant to stick with the decided price which I felt the property was worth. Sunny came through and after a lot of 'running around for me and the buyer' we sealed the deal. Sunny was very helpful and pleasant to deal with - I live out of Auckland which was not easy for me or Sunny - I appreciated his help.
