Sue and Owen worked together as an excellent team. They explored my need for selling my father’s house for him reasonably quickly, explained the process, gave options and strengths and weaknesses of each and created a great selling strategy to meet my needs, maximise value for the sale and met timescales and exceeded expectations brilliantly. Their advice on marketing strategy was excellent and they followed through with a very effective two and a half week campaign which generated a lot of positive interest and, eventually, a competitive auction which met or exceeded expectations. They accurately read the market conditions for the specific type of house, the location and how the house would best sell and allowed me to make good decisions. We set up simple communications mechanism via a WhatsApp group which allowed us to keep everyone informed of discussions and decisions. This really helped the process. It was all accomplished so swiftly that my father and I were delighted with the outcome. The swift campaign significantly reduced the stress of my father’s next move and puts us firmly in control of his future. Thanks so much to Sue and Owen for their help and guidance. The exercise was much less stressful than it might have been. And the result was excellent.
