Sue was very professional at the first viewing; we were surprised we did not receive a follow up call or email for feedback. It was 3 weeks later that I reached out to ask more questions and to then have another look around the property without Sue. We then started negotiating and this is where I was very impressed with her Real Estate Knowledge, feedback and keeping in touch where things were at via email to keep a paper trail.
