We recently bought and sold through BT with Sue Allan as our agent. After a few months of looking we found and purchased our new home, which was substantially larger than our old house. Sue then went to work to get our old house up on the market quickly. We didn't manage a sale at auction but did secure a reasonable conditional offer the next day. It was a tricky market and it was disappointing to not have more interest in our property, ultimately the price we secured was slightly below our expectations too. However, definitely a very tricky time of year to sell and a turbulent and uncertain market. So happy to secure the sale at a workable price and to that Sue managed to keep our settlement dates essentially as planned too. A very nervous wait to go unconditional, but we got there in the end.
