Struan was really professional from start to finish, and it was a really easy process getting the house listed, photos taken and on the market. Once an offer was received, Struan went through it all with me and took the time to explain everything, and to discuss the offer with me. It was really good to sit and discuss the pros and cons of the offer, whether I should counter-offer and negotiate, what other interest in the property there was, and the value of cash offers in a difficult market. Even though the offer came through very quickly after going on the market, I did not feel rushed into anything, and with the discussions we had, I felt very happy with the decision I made. All in all, I received excellent service, was kept informed the whole way, and I would definitely recommend listing a house with Struan. With the number of years that he has been in real estate, I feel that he has an understanding of the property market that comes only from experiencing the highs, and lows, of the property market over a long period of time. You really feel like he knows his stuff. If you want an agent who is upfront and honest, then I would recommend talking to Struan.
