Struan was really professional from start to finish, and it was a really easy process getting the house listed, photos taken and on the market. Once an offer was received, Struan went through it all with me and took the time to explain everything, and to discuss the offer with me. It was really good to sit and discuss the pros and cons of the offer, whether I should counter-offer and negotiate, what other interest in the property there was, and the value of cash offers in a difficult market.
