His communication is so optimal, he's always quick with replies and is constantly working on the other side to make sure all prospective buyers get their inquiries answered, and promptly. Steven is also a dot-every-i, cross-every-T kinda guy so you know there won't be any slip-ups that mess with the smooth completion of your sale. You can trust him.
